Dýňový perník s drobenkou


Po litrech dýnové polívky jsem se rozhodla zužitkovat dýni i trochu jinak. Tentokrát na sladko, s nejoblíbenějším podzimním kořením (skořice skořice♥). A drobenka je výborná na všem! 

Potřebujete:
1 a 1/2 hrnku dýňového pyre (mně vyšlo z 500g hokkaido)
70g másla
1/2 hrnku cukru
3 vejce
2 a 1/2 hrnku mouky
prášek do perníku
špetka soli
Elektrickým šlehačem vyšlehejte pyré, máslo, cukr a vejce do pěny a pomalu přidávejte mouku s míchanou s práškem do perníku a solí.
Na drobenku užmoulejte prstama 4 lžíce změklého másla, 5 lžic hrubé mouky a 5 lžic cukru.
Těsto přelejte na plech s pečícím papírem, posypte drobenkou a pečte na 180°C zhruba 45 minut.

This modest goal is feasible to reach in the most part of countries, but unfortunately, it is impossible to achieve in other various territories for several reasons, either because they are very small countries with very few population, either because they are countries at war, either because they are countries with extreme poverty or because for whatever reason the postal system is not functioning properly.

    For all this, I would ask you one small favor:
    Would you be so kind as to send me a letter by traditional mail from Czech Republic? I understand perfectly that you think that your blog is not the appropriate place to ask this, and even, is very probably that you ignore my letter, but I would call your attention to the difficulty involved in getting a letter from that country, and also I don’t know anyone neither where to write in Czech Republic in order to increase my collection. a letter for me is like a little souvenir, like if I have had visited that territory with my imagination and at same time, the arrival of the letters from a country is a sign of peace and normality and an original way to promote a country in the world.   6. Vypadá to dobře:) Akorát nevím jak by mi sedla ta dýně, vzhledem k tomu, že jsem zkoušela dýňovou polévku a to mi zrovna moc nechutnalo. Ale tak, tohle se s tím asi nedá moc srovnávat :D

  7. Chmmm, to bych chtěla ochutnat, jestli tam je ta dýně hodně cítit. Třeba mrkvovému koláči jsem se kdysi bránila a teď ho miluju, ale dýni jsem neměla ráda nikdy. Každopádně vypadá to dobře :)
